Do you charge for storage?

No. Files stay in your firm's own Google Drive — same place you may already use for client folders. We charge for workspace access, staff seats, and monthly request limits — not storage in GB.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Prices shown are exclusive of 18% GST. A GST tax invoice is issued on every payment for your input tax credit.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime — you'll be charged a pro-rata difference. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer with a GST invoice.

What happens when my trial ends?

You get a 7-day read-only grace period to export data. After that, access is limited to billing until you subscribe.
