Terms of Service
By accessing or using Practivo ("the Service") at practivo.in or app.practivo.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
Practivo is a client coordination platform that enables professional service firms to request, collect, and manage documents from clients. Features include document request management, no-login client upload links, a client portal, Google Drive integration, team collaboration tools, and automated reminders.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give advance notice of material changes.
2. Accounts
To use Practivo, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, either on behalf of yourself or the firm you represent.
You may not share your account credentials with others outside your organisation. Each paid seat is for one named user. Contact us if you need to transfer an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to collect or store documents without the knowledge or consent of the individuals involved
- Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates any third party's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation to clients when sending upload requests
4. Data and storage
You retain ownership of all data and files stored within your Practivo workspace. By uploading content to the Service, you grant Practivo a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store the documents you request from your clients, and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws.
Storage limits apply per plan. Exceeding limits may result in the inability to upload additional files until storage is freed up or upgraded.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST (18%). GST-compliant invoices are issued for all payments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except within the first 7 days of a paid subscription where a full refund may be requested.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Trial period
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as shown on the pricing page. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, the account will revert to a free or limited tier unless a paid plan is selected.
7. Intellectual property
The Practivo platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Practivo and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Practivo name, logo, or other trademarks without express written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Practivo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Practivo and its team from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
